Full transparency – I am not a trained or qualified coach. Coaching is not regulated in the UK, but I don’t wish to pretend that I have coaching credentials from an official body, nor do I wish to add more noise to the ever-growing coaching landscape. Coaching, in more recent times, has developed some dodgy vibes. I simply want to remain true to myself, and you, whilst being able to guide, mentor and help other creatives based on my lived experience.
Calls are 60 minutes long. We’ll start by celebrating your recent wins, then we’ll chat through any sticking points you may have faced too. Then we’ll move into the workshop, where we’ll plan where to go next and outline your tasks or action steps for next time.
The very first call is 90 minutes long, so that we can become acquainted , understand the vision and set up the programme for you.
Power hours are great (I do those too! It’s £260 to pick my brain for 60-90 minutes about a single topic) but as you can imagine, there’s a limit to how much we can transform and grow based on a single call. Three months allows you to build cadence with your goals whilst creating a safe and engaged container for you to grown and learn with repeat accountability. Single calls are great for focussed chats or to ask specific questions that have a (relatively) straight forward answer. Three months allows us to dig deeper.
